Well as you read the newspaper, listen to the news on the radio or the TV one could certainly have the feeling our economy is about to collapse.
While it may be true there is certainly a concern for what this will mean in the near future, it is my belief we will once again, get up, brush ourselves off and go forward full steam ahead with purpose.
It is evident some companies are moving their plants and jobs outside of the U.S. and if you listened to the media, they will play it as bad or use it for political reasons etc. The point being, these companies are using the means necessary to survive, in many cases so they can compete as they try to stay in business. Need I remind you or point out, the companies that do engage in this practice become profitable again and they in turn feed the money back into the economy here in the U.S.
If you are part of this and have lost or are going to lose your job because of right sizing, down sizing, out sizing or what ever other terminology is used, while it may hit you hard at the present, I encourage you to look for a positive outcome.
If you look back in the not to distant past, you will see where industry change put many people out of a job with the introduction of robotics etc., many lost there job as technology took over for what use to be done by a human being. For those that saw it as a positive, as I previously suggested, they began to be retrained and they learned how to repair, develop and use the present technology to create new jobs, aka, fixing the very thing that took their original job and by doing so they earned more money than they use to.
Remember the last gas crunch we experienced?
It led us to use technology and new resources to all but eliminate the fuel guzzling carburetor and replace it with the fuel efficient fuel injector.
So what’s my point you may ask?
My point is to get you to think more than one way or differently than how we were trained since we were young.
There can be a silver lining in everything, if we take the time to study, learn and come up with solutions rather than be fixated on a problem.
This is what living in America gives way to, IF we use what is usually right before us.
This is why people on the outside are seeking a way to get here; they know that this is the land of opportunity. We unfortunately have allowed ourselves to be blinded to this very fact.
I will also point out a clear message, most of the people that come here are not looking for a job, they are looking to start a business.
So now you may be asking, so what’s your point?
My point is; gone are the days when you go to college get a job and stay there for, oh say 30, 40 years. Those days are all but totally GONE.
Going to college is great if you are seeking a higher education. It really has nothing to do with being able to find that long sustaining career everyone still tries to believe is out there.
I will point out at this time; Business owners want you to believe it exists because for now, they still need employees.
Now do not get me wrong, I am not against a college education, I just want you to understand investing $$$$$$ thousands of dollars for that career JOB is not the only answer IF it is any answer at all.
While it may be true that a college education will get you a better JOB, it will not necessarily give you the opportunity to become wealthy. On the other side of the coin, IF you self educate yourself in business minded education, it certainly can, when applied properly.
So what I am suggesting?
From this point forward, all I am going to ask you to do is leave whatever YOU THINK I am talking about out of your mind, because you are probably WRONG.
The opportunity for you to become a business owner does exists, not in the traditional way you may be thinking and not by becoming a franchise owner but rather building a home based business, in the industry of network marketing or MLM.
Oh my goodness I just said the M word.
Right now your thinking that crap is a scam, it does not work, yada, yada, yada.
Remember I told you, you must exercise an open mind.
Are you willing to be wrong to learn?
If you are right now thinking there is no further necessity in reading more, I challenge you to think differently.
Need I remind you of how the so called existing way to earn a living is not worth the powder to blow it up with, for long term wealth building purposes?
Can you make a living? Maybe, but for how long?
You will be looking for another job, count on it.
Now I am not saying Quit your current job and go full time into this industry, that is not THE SMARTEST thing to do nor DO YOU HAVE to.
We all have bills to pay and responsibilities to address.
By its very nature, building a home based business, allows you to do it on a spare time, part time bases, UNTIL such time your residual income exceeds your current, trading time for pay job gives you. You then have a choice, stay with your job and home based business or quit your job for the sake of the TIME FREEDOM you have created by building your home based business.
Can you imagine right now what that would mean for you and your family, if you have one?
Time Freedom……. Can you put a price tag on that?
So with all the negative thoughts and sometimes down right distaste by some, maybe even you, when the subject of network marketing comes up, how do you find what company to join, to try to get into this industry?
Great question, maybe the following will give you some help.
I was introduced to this industry in 1996 by someone I did not know, back then I was more like you, un-educated about the industry and VERY skeptical, based on what I had HEARD about the industry, so I know exactly where you may be at.
I also knew there were many I read about that were very successful and I also learned it changed countless peoples lives after studying about the industry in my course of due diligence. Simply put, I saw more positive aspects than negative ones, so I joined a company. At first I had NO success, not because I was not working at it but because I was not educated about HOW TO WORK IT.
So as I had done when I went from being a mechanic to be an independent insurance agent, I sought out and found the RIGHT kind of training. Once I began applying it step by step, I began to have success and the more I learned along with following through and putting that learning into place, I became very successful.
Now back to picking the right company.
There will ALWAYS be some new company with some NEW product that is going to be the answer to all of ones problems. May so, but mostly not, because of the product but how the company markets it and how they pay the IBO and so on. I could write a book on this one topic alone.
There are many companies out there with decent products with ok compensation plans but there has to be something more.
As is the case with the present day job industry, it is changing and so is the industry of network marketing, for those that are willing to see it coming.
Typically most companies have a start up fee to join, mandatory auto-ships of the over priced product that feeds the compensation plan to pay the IBO and company, they may have monthly quotas to keep up with in order to stay qualified to be paid, they also have yearly renewal fees to stay qualified as an IBO (independent business owner or Rep)
This is one big reason so many dislike network marketing; you pay the fee but soon after joining you are not making any money because your not getting people to follow you, paying the up front fee or buying the product you are trying to sell. So you quit and say network marketing doesn’t work ……..
Please do not misunderstand what I am saying, I am NOT saying those companies are scams or trying to rip you off but it does take a highly committed person to stay with those programs and find others do the same.
Some of the main reasons most do not have success in this industry is because they just blindly follow someone, expect big money right away, do not work to learn how to become successful or stay in long enough to really build a business.
It is not because they can’t.
The unfortunate reality to many companies and how they are set up, IF you do become successful, once you help someone else achieve what you have, your pay gets cut. Now you are doing the same thing or more for LESS money.
Many times when this happens the leader quits and joins another company to build a new business so they can be in the money once again and so on.
You may be asking why would someone do that if they joined a company because they liked the product etc.?
Remember I mentioned before there will ALWAYS be some new product with some new company.
THE PRODUCT SOLD IS NOT THE REASON to build a business.
While it is necessary to have a great product or service to offer it is not the reason to build a home based business.
The reason you build a network marketing business is to create a time freedom for you and every other person you sponsor. While you will earn money and you can build a residual income that really is just a by product of the actions you take. For now I will leave you with the above thought. You will learn what I mean if you ever decide to join the industry.
What if there was a company that took the difficulties or bad stuff commonly found in most companies completely out of the mix?
What if there was a company that created a way for any committed, focused individual to be able to build a business and help others do the same where there was NO risk whatsoever?
I challenge you, weather you are currently with a network marketing company; have been thinking about joining a network marketing company and especially if you currently have a negative attitude against network marketing, to contact me directly.
I challenge you to find out how you would benefit by working in this industry with me and my company.
It is on the table, it’s your move. Are you up to the challenge?
This industry has much to offer those that are willing to break away from the status quo.
Will it be you or will you decide to take the road, working for someone else, to retiring broke, dependent on others or the government?
Will you continue to stay with your current network marketing company without taking my challenge to learn WHY we are better?
